Hopefully, if they let me through the border, I’m driving through Canada, internetless, while you read this. Here’s what it looked like last year…

What is the furry thing on the side of the tree in the second picture??
athena, it looks like a little bear… and that’s what it is according to the file name, “babybrownbear” 🙂
It’s a baby bear.
YAY Canada!!
damn i cannot fucking wait. see you next week, om tara.
Beautiful! My parents lived in Alaska for ten years, but sadly before I was born. There is something inside of me that pulls me towards the state; the isolation, the beauty. I love living in a city for the moment; but don’t tell anyone, shhh, I would GLADLY give Paris up for Alaska. Not even a question.
Much love and luck with making it across the border!!
Greetings from Ontario, about a million miles from where you took those photos…
Where abouts in Canada? That bottom picture looks kind of familiar, but I am sure there are a million places that look just like that.
Nice pictures and good luck with the border crossing
baby bear! BABY BEAR!
Hi, I found your blog through Grace Undressed… I read through every single post of yours (can you tell I have a shiteous 9-5 job?), and felt I should at least say hello now that I’ve come to the newest post.
You are an amazing spirit and inspiration. Have caught myself many times lately stuck in traffic with the urge to park my car on the side and just hike out to the woods for a while and play hooky from work, indefinitely!
Thanks for all of your amazing words.
Hope good karma follows you in every direction. Best of luck getting through to Canada.
O Canada, glorious and free!
There’s lots of free wireless internet places in Canada nowadays, particularly in Vancouver and the west coast where I am. I guess it’s not a simple thing for American dancers etc to work here?
