This is what I love.
Alaska is a land of rivers. Everyplace you go is on a river, and when we talk the geography of our lives, we talk rivers.
Here is the little cabin I found and stayed in for a few days:
I found this little pool and I put hot rocks off the woodstove in it to make the water warm for a very shallow bath.
And of course….
Lovely, Tara!
god… those pictures give me such an inspired breathless feeling. wow. gaia is good.
How could you bear to leave it?
Bathing in a warm crick, sounds lovely…Reminds me of my lovely childhood in Northern Michigan…
I don’t know. One minute I was there and planning on staying all winter, and the next minute I was driving away. I mean, I was out of food… but I don’t know why I left…
Do you think you were going away from something, or going to something?
You take some amazing pictures.
(Sorry if you get a ton of comments from me. I am interested and reading my way through your site.)
